Steaming Services: Drop Off
This appointment is for dropping off articles to be steamed.
Service Description
Steaming Service Drop-Off Appointment Our professional steaming service helps your garments look their absolute best by removing wrinkles, reducing static, and restoring a crisp, fresh appearance. We recommend steaming formalwear — especially wedding attire — to ensure it looks picture-perfect for your event. Please allow at least 2–3 days before your pickup date so your garment has time to be properly steamed and fully dry. When booking your appointment, please include in the notes section: • The item(s) being steamed • Your requested pickup date This helps us schedule your service accurately. Pickup Schedule: • Bridal steaming pickups — Tuesdays & Thursdays • General pickups — Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays We offer steaming services for nearly all garment types, including bridal, formalwear, and special occasion attire. Payment Policy: Cash or check preferred. Credit cards are accepted with a 3% processing fee. Please let us know if you need to reschedule your appointment. Cancellation Policy
Our appointment program will issue appointment reminders via text and/or email but clients are responsible for each appointment. There is a $25 missed/cancelled appointment fee for no-shows, or cancellations occurring within 24 hours prior to the appointment. Please be sure to cancel through your confirmation email or contact the store. You will be asked for a credit card to book your appointment, however your card will only be charged if you are a "no-show" or cancel within the 24 hours. A credit card will be needed to book this appointment, but will not be charged unless you are a "no-show" or cancel within the 24 hour window. Please have the following items at each fitting: undergarments you plan to wear with the dress, such as: slip, bra, shapeware, shoes, etc. Wearing different garments will change the fit of the dress. Please note failure to bring the above items with you to each fitting will incur additional fitting appointment charge of $50. If any of these change after the 1st fitting, there will be an additional charge of $50. **If you decide to move forward without having any of these items, we cannot guarantee fit with be perfect and a note will be made on your invoice.
