Service Description
Regular Clothing Drop-Off Appointment This appointment is for everyday clothing items that do not require a fitting with a seamstress. Items will be briefly reviewed and marked at the counter. Examples include: hemming pants, simple repairs, basic adjustments, and minor fixes. Please limit your appointment to 5–7 clothing items to allow adequate time for each customer. Turnaround Time: During peak seasons, our schedule fills quickly and completion times may extend to 3–4 weeks or longer. If you need your items sooner, please contact us prior to booking to confirm availability. Credit cards are accepted with a 3% processing fee.
Cancellation Policy
Our appointment program will issue appointment reminders via text and/or email but clients are responsible for each appointment. There is a $25 missed/cancelled appointment fee for no-shows, or cancellations occurring within 24 hours prior to the appointment. Please be sure to cancel through your confirmation email or contact the store. To cancel or reschedule please give at least 24 hour notice.
