Service Description
Household Items Alterations Appointment This appointment is for household items that can be discussed at the counter and do not require a fitting room or personal fitting. We will review your items, discuss your needs, and go over timing and pricing. Examples of items we alter include: Curtains Cushions Pillows Purses & bags Quilts, napkins, and similar household items Due to a high volume of wedding and formalwear alterations, we recommend calling ahead to confirm availability—especially if you have a specific completion timeframe. Cancellation Policy
Our appointment program will issue appointment reminders via text and/or email but clients are responsible for each appointment. There is a $25 missed/cancelled appointment fee for no-shows, or cancellations occurring within 24 hours prior to the appointment. Please be sure to cancel through your confirmation email or contact the store. To cancel or reschedule please give at least 24 hour notice.
