Custom Orders Appointment This appointment is for custom-made items created from scratch that require dedicated time to discuss directly with Karen. During your visit, we will go over your vision, design ideas, measurements, materials, timeline, and pricing to ensure your custom piece is exactly what you’re looking for. Please be sure to bring any measurements, inspiration photos, sketches, fabrics, or special supplies that may help in planning your custom order, especially if they have not already been discussed. Thank you for giving Sewing by Karen the opportunity to create something special for your upcoming event. We truly appreciate your trust and look forward to working with you! Payment Policy: Cash or check preferred. Credit cards are accepted with a 3% processing fee. Please let us know if you need to reschedule your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Our appointment program will issue appointment reminders via text and/or email but clients are responsible for each appointment. There is a $25 missed/cancelled appointment fee for no-shows, or cancellations occurring within 24 hours prior to the appointment. Please be sure to cancel through your confirmation email or contact the store. To cancel or reschedule please give at least 24 hour notice.
