All craft items sold by Sewing by Karen are handmade and carefully prepared for each customer. Due to the nature of handmade and specialty items, all sales are final.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for craft purchases, including custom or personalized items.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery. We are happy to review concerns and will do our best to provide a reasonable solution when appropriate.
